Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be refunded up to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Exchanges can be made up to 30 days. All items must be purchased from us directly at N8tiveArts.com or our physical store. Any alterations, custom orders, special requests (such as specific stones), and/or sized items are non-refundable. 

Repairs
If the repair is under our 90 day warranty, we will repair it  free of cost and expedite the return of your purchase (Must be purchased from us directly). Items that are past our 90 day warranty, repair fees will apply. Please send  items to:

If the piece was not purchased from us,  please email a photo of the piece to N8tiveArts@gmail.com.  From the photo, we will be able to give you a quote to fix it. Our minimum repair is $25.00 plus shipping.  Please keep in mind that we only work in sterling silver and 14k Gold.  The customer understands that all items are left at their risk. We cannot guarantee repairs on pieces we did not sell.
